Trustly is seeking an experienced Entity Assurance Manager to own a defensible second-line control view across EU/UK entities. You will align testing scope, produce entity-level assurance opinions, and report findings to the Board and management.

With fintech experience, you will coordinate with ERM and Internal Audit, ensuring credible regulator interactions and an independent oversight framework across regulated activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance assurance or second-line risk in FinTech/payments.
• Ability to engage with EU/UK regulators with credibility.
• Strong understanding of EU/UK regulatory landscape for payment/e-money.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end assurance reviews.
• Knowledge of the three-lines model and independence boundaries.

Responsabilités

• Own a single, defensible view of the second-line control environment across Trustly's EU and UK licensed entities.
• Confirm local regulatory applicability of domain testing scope and methodology.
• Own the entity assurance opinion and reporting to the entity Board and local management.
• Contribute to the annual assurance plan and master testing plan.
• Serve as primary point of contact to regulators on assurance matters.
• Maintain independence by providing independent oversight only.
• Track findings within a unified issue taxonomy and closure criteria.
• Support Internal Audit’s reliance assessment with transparent audit trails.
• Contribute to standardized reporting including KRIs and remediation progress across the entity axis.
