Job summary

EY UK seeks a Private Equity Compliance & Regulatory Management Senior Manager to lead the PE account support team and engage directly with GCSPs and senior client stakeholders across the UK and Europe.

You will drive annual goals, oversee managers and L2s, and partner with CSPs to deliver compliant services while developing independence training and guideline sharing across service lines.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of independence policies and regulators' rules.
• Experience in risk/compliance within a professional services or similar environment.
• Excellent project management with cross-functional teams and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take a leading role in the PE account support team, liaising with GCSPs and senior stakeholders.
• Support annual goals and oversee managers and L2s to drive performance.
• Collaborate with CSPs and account teams across service lines to ensure compliant client work.
• Develop and deliver training on independence regulations for GCSPs and PE teams.
• Share best practice and guidance to improve understanding of independence requirements.
• Lead complex projects and coordinate with GCSP and risk functions on regulatory matters.
