Job summary

WPP, a global leader in marketing communications, is seeking a Compensation Consultant to join its Reward team in a role focused on compensation, data analysis, and executive remuneration. The role involves benchmarking, governance support, and crafting insights to guide strategic decisions.

You will work with HR, Finance, and senior leaders on reward initiatives, ensuring competitive and equitable practices that align with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compensation, Reward, Executive Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel capability and a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to create compelling presentations using PowerPoint.
• Experience interpreting market data and compensation benchmarks.
• Strong oral and written communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the design, implementation, and management of executive compensation programmes.
• Conducting market benchmarking and salary analysis to provide reward insights.
• Analysing compensation data and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
• Supporting governance processes including board and committee papers.
• Preparing the annual Compensation Committee Report on Executive Directors compensation.
• Producing clear presentations and reports for leadership audiences.
• Collaborating with HR, Finance, and leaders on reward initiatives.
• Helping ensure reward practices remain competitive and equitable.
