We're looking for a Compensation Consultant to join our global Reward team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about compensation, data analysis, executive reward, and helping create fair, competitive, and inclusive reward programmes.
In this role, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, supporting compensation initiatives, benchmarking, reward analysis, market insights, and executive compensation activities. You'll combine analytical expertise with strong communication skills to help inform strategic decision-making.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Reward, HR, Finance, and senior leadership, partnering with stakeholders across the business on compensation programmes, market benchmarking, executive reward, and strategic reward initiatives. As part of a small, high-impact team, you’ll have the opportunity to influence key reward decisions and work directly with senior leaders on projects that shape how WPP attracts, retains, and rewards talent.
