Responsibilities

• Lead global pay equity initiatives with governance, monitoring, and action planning.
• Design local compensation programs aligned to global philosophies.
• Develop and implement compensation communication materials for all partners.
• Collaborate with HR leaders to address retention with market-informed rewards.
• Oversee sales compensation plan design, governance, and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with pay transparency and internal policies across markets.
• Manage relationships with external consultants and data providers.
• Lead annual salary planning, incentives, and year-end rewards.
• Provide ongoing compensation consulting to HR partners.
• Analyze market trends and recommend program/policy enhancements.
