Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes unit in Leeds seeks a Sr. Manager, Benefits EMEA to shape and execute regional benefits strategy. You will partner with HR, finance and external vendors to design compliant, competitive programs across Europe, Middle East and Africa, balancing global COE standards with local market needs.

Lead governance, measure program effectiveness, monitor costs and wellness initiatives, and support organizational changes from a benefits perspective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 8–10 years in benefits/total rewards or HR with regional scope.
• Experience designing benefits programs across multiple EMEA countries.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA regulations and governance.
• Certifications in benefits or HR are a plus.

• Lead the EMEA benefits strategy aligned with global COE objectives.
• Design and govern regional health, retirement, and wellbeing programs.
• Ensure compliant benefits policies across EMEA countries.
• Benchmark benefits competitiveness using analytics and market data.
