Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Compensation Associate within Global Compensation to turn complex pay data into clear insights for senior stakeholders. The role spans multiple countries, focusing on EU Pay Transparency, Gender Pay Gap disclosures, and country-specific policies.

You will translate data into narratives, support regulators and managers, and help embed compliant, transparent pay practices across regions with strong governance and controls.

Qualifikationen
