Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Compensation Analytics Associate to join the Compensation team. You will drive global compensation insights, support reduction of risk, and ensure pay transparency compliance across multiple regions in collaboration with recruiters, HR, and management.

The role emphasizes translating complex data into actionable insights, delivering strategic advisory, and advancing governance of compensation practices in a global context.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, Consulting, or another analytical environment.
• Advanced Excel and Office proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to translate analysis into business narratives.
• Excellent project management and organization to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead global gender pay gap reporting processes, including methodology development, analysis, automation, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive initiatives supporting compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and other compensation-related regulatory requirements.
• Advise stakeholders on compensation policies, regulatory developments, and associated control enhancements.
• Lead and contribute to country-level and firmwide compensation projects.
• Deliver complex analyses and reporting to support senior management decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve compensation tools, reporting, and processes.
• Monitor project milestones, timelines, and quality standards.
• Assess compensation-related risks and support effective controls.
• Simplify and enhance programs, policies, and processes through continuous improvement.
