Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate in HR Data Privacy to shape and execute the HR data privacy strategy. This role involves managing data subject rights requests and privacy incidents while strengthening regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to improve data protection efforts, gain insights through data analysis, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a competitive total rewards package tailored to experience and location.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services and/or consulting, including 5 to 7 years focused on data governance and/or data privacy.
• Strong project management capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) end-to-end.
• Partner with Legal on escalation resolutions for DSAR cases.
• Execute and manage HR data Privacy Incidents.
