The Royal College of Physicians in London or Liverpool is seeking a Head of global communities and networks to lead international engagement, strengthen member value and develop strategic engagement plans across regions.

You will work with international advisers, associate global directors and partners worldwide, coordinating across time zones while delivering on our new strategy with a hybrid working model and 35 hours per week.

Qualificações

• A strategic thinker who can turn organisational priorities into impactful engagement plans.
• An exceptional relationship manager, confident working with senior clinicians, international partners and volunteers.
• Experienced in developing and supporting communities, networks, advisory groups or representative bodies.
• Skilled at using insight, data and feedback to improve performance and member experience.
• Organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and projects across different countries and time zones.
• Committed to inclusion, collaboration and ensuring diverse voices are represented and heard.
