Job summary

Royal College of Physicians in London or Liverpool is seeking a Head of global communities and networks to connect and support our growing international membership. You will work with international advisers, directors and partners to strengthen relationships, member value and partnerships across multiple countries and time zones.

The role requires strategic thinking, exceptional relationship management, and a track record in building and sustaining communities and advisory bodies.

Qualifications

• Experience in membership, stakeholder or international engagement.
• Ability to develop and support communities, networks, advisory groups or representative bodies.
• Strong use of insight, data and feedback to improve performance and member experience.
• Excellent relationship management with senior clinicians, international partners and volunteers.
• Organised and adaptable across multiple priorities, stakeholders and time zones.
• Committed to inclusion and ensuring diverse voices are represented.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global communities and networks strategy and delivery.
• Connect with international advisers, associate global directors, the Global Vice President and partners worldwide.
• Strengthen relationships, member value, participation and international partnerships.
• Collaborate with colleagues across countries and time zones to deliver objectives.
• Support and develop communities and advisory groups to represent diverse voices.
