Job summary

Reapit seeks a Director, Brand & Communications to shape industry belief and elevate visibility globally. This role coordinates with regional teams, driving brand campaigns, content and executive communications while strengthening Reapit’s position as a PropTech leader.

You’ll deliver measurable impact through an integrated global Brand Studio, supporting regional execution and demand generation while building trust with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership across brand, communications, PR or related discipline.
• Proven success increasing brand awareness and influence in B2B SaaS/tech.
• Exceptional storyteller turning strategy into compelling narratives.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative, content and communications teams.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own global brand and communications strategy with regional execution.
• Lead PR, media and industry influencer strategy with executive visibility.
• Grow share of voice across earned media and social channels.
• Develop brand campaigns and content positioning Reapit as an innovation leader.
• Lead in-house Global Brand Studio and collaborate with Demand Generation.
• Oversee internal communications and executive speaking programmes.
• Define measures for brand awareness, influence and engagement.
