Job summary

Northern Diver ( International) Ltd is seeking a Commercial & Military Sales Representative at our Appley Bridge HQ. You will build relationships with commercial divers, distributors and military customers, meeting face to face, by phone and via email to identify new opportunities and grow our global customer base.

Travel across the UK and overseas is a key part of the role. You’ll be proactive, a strong communicator and highly motivated to win new business while representing a well-established

Qualifications

• Experience in face-to-face sales or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, ambitious and motivated to win new business.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple opportunities.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the UK and overseas.
• Holder of a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with commercial customers, military customers, distributors and partners.
• Meet customers face to face, on the phone, by email and during visits.
• Help customers find the right specialist equipment and solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
• Prepare quotes, costings and sales orders; process sales, pro formas and invoices.
• Measure customers for drysuits and ensure proper fit.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team and other departments to make things happen.
• Travel across the UK and overseas to meet customers and develop opportunities.
• Represent Northern Diver at exhibitions and trade shows.
