Job summary

Germains, part of AB Agri, seeks an experienced Commercial Director to lead global commercial, marketing and product management, shaping strategy and driving profitable growth across seed enhancement technologies.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will engage seed companies, distributors and industry stakeholders in multiple international markets, guiding a high-impact, globally dispersed team.

Qualifications

• Deep experience leading international commercial organisations with revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of seed enhancement technologies and their impact on crop performance.
• Ability to translate customer insight and market trends into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Germains' global commercial and marketing strategies, identifying opportunities for growth, market expansion and long-term value creation.
• Lead global commercial, marketing and product management teams, aligning priorities with customer needs and growth objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, pricing strategy, forecasting and commercial performance across regions and product lines.
• Partner with R&D, Operations and Finance to translate innovation and market opportunities into commercial outcomes.
• Build strategic relationships with seed companies, distributors, growers and industry partners across international markets.
• Develop high-performing teams, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and commercial excellence.
