Qualifications

• Substantial leadership in media/advertising client services.
• Strong knowledge of MSAs, SOWs, fee models and governance.
• Proven ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders while protecting value.

Responsibilities

• Shape commercial strategy for global pitches and growth opportunities.
• Lead development of fee models, rate cards and operating models.
• Identify risks and value levers across contracts and client requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align commercial and implementation plans.
• Drive governance, approvals and senior-level negotiations for key accounts.
