Job summary

Publicis Media in London seeks a Commercial Associate Director to coordinate and own commercial information across global markets for high-profile clients. You will lead on small-to-medium pitches and support major pitches, acting as the commercial lead for selected clients and ensuring effective cross- functional collaboration.

This hands-on role requires teamwork, initiative, and meticulous attention to detail, with excellent communication across international teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Senior Commercial Manager or Associate Director role within a media agency.
• Strong understanding of pitch and commercial strategy processes in media.
• Excellent client management and influencing skills.
• Strong quantitative and negotiation skills, with knowledge of contracts in media.
• Proficient data management with Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot tables).
• Attention to detail, initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as Commercial Lead on existing clients, maintaining relationships with Procurement Leads.
• Escalate commercial matters with support from the Commercial Manager.
• Manage all global-level commercial negotiations and attend client/internal calls.
• Prepare reports and present at monthly, bi-annual and annual meetings.
• Lead small to mid-scale global/regional pitches and develop commercial strategy.
• Coordinate pitch offers with internal teams and ensure proper documentation.
