Job summary

Ingenico Group is seeking a Senior Infrastructure leader to own the strategic roadmap for global IT infrastructure, spanning on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments across international locations. The role emphasizes automation, security, and high availability.

You will design and deploy cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), manage data centers, mentor engineers in a hybrid/remote setup, and drive BCP/DRP initiatives while partnering with vendors to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in infrastructure management and leadership.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience with Azure/AWS cloud, Microsoft 365, and network technologies.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, high-availability projects.
• Location: France with at least 3 days/week in Ingenico office.

Responsibilities

• Define the global infrastructure roadmap and cloud strategy aligned to business goals.
• Manage design, deployment, and optimization of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and on‑prem data centers.
• Lead and mentor engineers in hybrid or remote settings.
• Ensure security standards and GDPR compliance.
• Drive automation and scalability using Terraform.
• Develop and execute Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and SLAs.
• Oversee delivery of system implementations and integrations across projects.
