Job summary

Ipsen Biopharm Ltd seeks a Clinical Research Pharmacy Services Lead to guide investigational product handling, training, and site readiness across global trials. You will work with Oncology programs, ensure compliant operations, and advance hazardous drug practices.

The role covers education, quality processes, and collaboration with Clinical Operations, Drug Product, and QA teams, with a path to leadership in pharmacy services.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required and eligible for licensure.
• Approximately 7–10 years in pharma/biotech clinical settings.
• Experience with investigational products and oncology studies.
• Ability to develop training materials and guidance for sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support for clinical development programs and study teams.
• Review protocols and advise on feasibility, prep, storage and accountability.
• Lead pharmacy training for sites and create manuals and job aids.
• Ensure GMP/GCP compliance and participate in audits and inspections.
• Oversee external pharmacy vendors and manage FSP resources.
