Job summary

Ipsen Biopharm Ltd is seeking a Clinical Program Director (Early Development Oncology) to lead global delivery of early oncology programs. You will manage a team of CPMs, CMLs and CTAs, ensuring external partnerships are well managed and programs stay on track.

You will shape the Clinical Development Plan, budgets, and resourcing in collaboration with therapeutic area teams and biostatistics, driving efficiency and cross-functional alignment across assets and indications.

Qualifications

• Forecasts and manages resources within the team.
• Recruits, mentors and trains Clinical Project Managers (CPMs), Clinical Monitoring Leads (CMLs) and Clinical Trial Assistants (CTAs).
• Fosters collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and operational guidance for design, resourcing and budgeting of clinical programs.
• Leads the Clinical Development Plan and Target Product Profiles with cross-functional teams.
• Forecasts resources, timelines and budgets for the clinical programs.
