Job summary

You will coordinate information, meetings, and initiatives to enable effective operations and strengthen the department's collaboration and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating administrative, operational, or project-related activities.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across global teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Global Clinical Operations leaders and teams.
• Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, deadlines, and departmental activities.
• Coordinate, track, verify, and reconcile updates, reports, and business information.
• Organize meetings, events, agendas, and follow-up actions.
• Support team communications, town halls, and collaboration platforms.
• Coordinate SharePoint administration, content maintenance, and process improvements.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, interview coordination, and talent discussions.
• Assist with financial activities including purchase orders, vendor onboarding, budgets, and timecards.
