Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
• Experience in pharmaceutical development, clinical research, or clinical trial delivery.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.

• Translate hub strategies into actionable plans that drive cluster performance.
• Lead strategic initiatives for operational excellence and clinical trial execution across the cluster.
• Identify opportunities and risks, implementing solutions for long-term success.
• Drive transformation and change management across Study & Site Operations.
• Oversee communications and information management to strengthen stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with senior leaders to optimise resource planning and portfolio execution.
• Leverage data and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
