Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred.

• Strong experience leading Health Authority interactions and major submissions.
• Matrix leadership to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

• Develop and lead global regulatory strategies aligned to development, commercial, and portfolio objectives.
• Lead Health Authority interactions to advance programs and achieve regulatory outcomes.
• Evaluate opportunities and risks, implementing mitigation across global markets.
• Provide strategic guidance on development plans, labeling, and regulatory documentation.
• Oversee regulatory submissions and timely delivery of high-quality dossiers.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive decision-making and program success.
