Job summary

The position supports senior leaders and teams to deliver operational and project activities across a global organization.

You will coordinate information, communications, meetings, and initiatives, building stakeholder engagement and process improvements in a complex, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating administrative, operational, or project activities.
• Strong ability to manage calendars, deadlines, and stakeholder requests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across global teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgement and resolve issues.
• Experience compiling information, reports, or updates with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Global Clinical Operations leaders and teams.
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, correspondence, deadlines, and departmental activities.
• Coordinate, track, verify, and reconcile functional updates, reports, and business information.
• Organize meetings, events, presentations, agendas, and follow-up items.
• Support team communications, town halls, and collaboration platforms.
• Coordinate SharePoint administration, content maintenance, and process improvements.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, interview coordination, and talent discussions.
• Assist with financial and operational activities, including purchase orders, vendor onboarding, budgets, and timecards.
