Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline.
• Significant regulatory affairs and pharmaceutical development experience.
• Proven expertise in global regulatory strategies for complex programmes.
• Experience leading Health Authority interactions and major submissions.
• Matrix leadership across cross-functional global teams.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead global regulatory strategies aligned to development objectives.
• Lead Health Authority interactions to advance programs and outcomes.
• Evaluate opportunities and risks with mitigation plans across markets.
• Guide development plans, labeling and regulatory documentation.
• Oversee regulatory submissions with high-quality dossiers and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive decision-making and program success.
• Coach regulatory team members and foster collaboration and performance.
