Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader in Birmingham is seeking a highly organised Client Services Coordinator to review, coordinate and prepare responses to client surveys, supplier questionnaires and RFIs, supporting a growing global client base.

Working in the Alternative Delivery Solutions team, you will interact with subject matter experts, maintain a library of standard responses, and contribute to an excellent client experience through accurate, timely and compliant communications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, clear and professional responses.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar office suite.

Responsibilities

• Act as a central point of contact for client surveys, supplier questionnaires and RFIs.
• Coordinate accurate, complete and timely responses.
• Liaise with subject matter experts to obtain input and bespoke responses where required.
• Create, maintain and update a high-quality library of standard responses and FAQs.
• General awareness and uses of Generative AI including use of tools.
• Organise, prioritise and track requests from receipt through to completion.
• Research and maintain historical questionnaire responses to support consistency.
• Respond to requests from lawyers and Business Services colleagues for approved wording and relevant historical client information.
• Assist with other client questionnaires, surveys and related client service initiatives.
