Our ideal candidate will have a background or strong interest in logistics, shipping, or supply chain. You may be early in your career and eager to learn or already have some experience in chartering or freight forwarding. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and an ambition to develop into a future shipping broker are all key. You will also be IT literate, with confidence using Microsoft‑based programs.
