Job summary

CooperVision Limited in Fareham, Hampshire is seeking a Change Readiness Lead to drive change readiness and business adoption within Global Supply Chain projects. This role embeds within the GSC PMO and collaborates with programme and project managers, functional leaders, and regional teams to translate change into actions that accelerate adoption.

You will assess impacts, define strategies, manage adoption risks, and deliver targeted communications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of change management and business readiness experience.
• Experience in large-scale, global, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess organisational, functional, and regional change impacts and define strategies.
• Identify and mitigate change, adoption, and engagement risks across the lifecycle.
• Partner with project teams to integrate change activities with delivery plans.
• Define business readiness criteria and assess preparedness for new processes and systems.
• Track readiness and adoption measures; coordinate targeted interventions.
• Engage functional and regional teams to address barriers to implementation.
• Identify and engage stakeholders across functions, geographies, and levels.
• Equip leaders with clear change narratives and sponsorship actions.
• Develop audience-specific change communications and engagement activities.
• Embed change activities into PMO governance and delivery routines.
