Job summary

Freshwater Recruitment is partnering with a leading global professional services organisation to recruit a Change Lead on a permanent basis. This central Change Management role supports delivery of transformation initiatives across an international business and ensures effective communication, adoption and embedding of change.

You will work with project teams and leadership across regions, identifying risks, developing change approaches, conducting impact assessments and engaging stakeholders to

Qualifications

• Experience in change management within a global organisation.
• Experience working in matrix environments with international teams.
• Experience leading change within a Legal or Professional services organisation.
• Experience using collaboration and engagement tools to communicate across large organisations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a diplomatic, solutions-focused approach.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A recognised change management certification (e.g. PROSCI, APMG) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and growth of the organisation’s change management capability in line with strategic priorities
• Identify and manage people and organisational risks related to transformation initiatives
• Develop and deliver change approaches and plans that address impact, interdependencies and resistance
• Conduct change impact assessments with project teams, subject matter experts and stakeholders
• Identify and engage key stakeholders, enabling them to effectively support change deployment
• Support communication and engagement activities that drive awareness, understanding and adoption of change initiatives
