Job summary

CARE USA is leading a multi-year global Supply Chain transformation programme to improve cost, speed, scale, sustainability, and quality across planning, procurement, warehousing, fleet, and finance platforms.

The Senior Global Change Manager will develop and deliver change and deployment deliverables, aligning stakeholders and driving adoption for the Oracle Fusion platform and related improvements across CARE's country offices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management for large international programmes.
• Proven track record delivering transformation projects affecting business processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop stakeholder analysis and ensure it feeds into change and comms planning.
• Develop leadership alignment approaches and a broader stakeholder engagement plan to achieve buy-in.
• Create change management materials such as a Compelling Story and Current/Future State Analysis.
• Develop detailed transition plans to manage the change process at project and country level.
• Partner with sponsors to design robust communication plans and drive adoption of priority projects.
• Contribute to CARE USA's Transformation team and deliver trainings on change approaches.
