Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a proactive Business Change Manager to join our PMO team to shape how change is delivered and embedded across the organisation. You will bridge project delivery and operational colleagues, ensuring new processes and ways of working are understood and sustained.

You will lead change strategies, collaborate with project managers and business leads to realise measurable benefits, and support communications and training plans to embed new approaches.

Qualifications

• Professional change management accreditation (APMG, CCMP, CMI or equivalent).
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting change delivery, adoption and communication planning.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and delivery of change management strategies that support successful adoption across the organisation
• Working with Project Managers, business leads and operational teams to ensure change delivers measurable benefits
• Completing change impact and readiness assessments
• Designing and supporting communication and training plans
• Facilitating workshops, building capability, and promoting cross‑functional working
• Creating resources such as process maps and documentation to support understanding
• Embedding new ways of working and tracking benefits realisation
• Supporting a variety of transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
