Job summary

Rimes is seeking a hands-on Change Manager to lead people and process change across the organisation. You will translate strategy into structured plans, prepare global teams, and embed new capabilities to realise benefits.

The role spans product, engineering, data, client services, and GTM across time zones, ensuring readiness, training, and resourcing for successful adoption. You will partner with product, data, and operations to plan transitions, support go-live activities, and capture lessons

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading change management within complex transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, and/or APMG Change Management.
• Experience embedding new products or systems into live operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end change management plans aligned to programme objectives.
• Assess impact and readiness; define milestones, success measures, and approach.
• Coordinate change across functions, regions, and offices to remove adoption barriers.
• Plan and manage transition of new products, platform capabilities, and data services into live production.
