Job summary

Haleon plc. in London is seeking a Change Influencer Network Manager to drive the Change Influencer Network across the Enterprise Transformation Programme. You will establish and sustain engagement across markets, govern the network and enable local adoption aligned with programme priorities.

Collaborating with Change, Engagement, Communications and Training teams, you will coach influencers, monitor activity and report insights to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience coordinating engagement networks in large organisations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage Change Influencer Network across markets, functions and programme workstreams.
• Define and implement the Change Influencer Network approach, including governance and role expectations.
• Partner with Business Stakeholders and Functional leaders to identify and onboard change influencers.
• Develop and sustain the Network by equipping influencers with guidance and capability for long-term adoption.
• Coach influencers to strengthen local engagement, readiness and reinforcement.
• Monitor network participation and engagement, identifying opportunities to strengthen advocacy.
