Job summary

Haleon is undertaking a multi-year Enterprise Transformation Programme powered by SAP S/4HANA. We are seeking a Change Readiness Lead to coordinate business readiness across markets and functions, working with Change, Engagement, Communications and Training teams to support adoption of new processes and systems.

Responsibilities include leading the Change Management Strategy, developing readiness assessments, and embedding behavioural change with nudges and action plans.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management, business readiness or organisational transformation within large-scale programmes.
• Experience supporting global transformation initiatives, ideally SAP S/4HANA in FMCG contexts.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional readiness activities across markets and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate readiness activities across workstreams, ensuring dependencies, risks, actions and milestones are tracked.
• Lead the execution of the Change Management Strategy and tools.
• Drive readiness assessments, change impact analyses and action plans.
• Identify and mitigate change risks and resistance themes.
• Embed behavioural change practices to ensure adoption across markets.
