Job summary

Arup is seeking a Business Change Service Lead to join a global Delivery team. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, Architects, Project and Programme Managers, PMO, and the Head of Delivery to manage transformational change across a prioritised portfolio.

You will lead a global team, mature the change service framework, and drive the change lifecycle from strategy to plan. The role offers exposure to influential projects and a strong career development pathway within

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformational change initiatives across global teams.
• Strong ability to mature and manage change service framework and service line.
• Expertise in maintaining and developing change methodologies and artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of multiple transformational change initiatives from strategy through to plan.
• Lead a global team of change professionals and mature the change service framework.
• Maintain and develop the change methodology and artefacts to support delivery of change.
• Build motivated, delivery-focused teams with clear objectives.
• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the change life cycle and familiarity with APM or Prosci/ADKAR.
• Collaborate with diverse teams across multiple global locations and time zones.
