Job summary

Arup seeks a Business Change Service Lead to work within a global Delivery team, collaborating with Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, Architects and PMO. You will manage the Change team under the Head of Delivery and drive a prioritised portfolio of transformational initiatives that align with Arup’s strategy.

You will engage in communities of practice and help mature the change framework, while ensuring effective sponsor engagement and delivery outcomes across multiple locations and

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to deliver change across multiple locations and cultures.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies and artefacts.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and sponsorship management.

The role of the Business Change Service Lead will be to work in a global Delivery team, working closely with Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, Architects, Project and Programme Managers, PMO and of course the Business Change team you will manage under the Head of Delivery.

The work will support delivery of a prioritised portfolio of projects and programmes. This is an exciting role that helps meet Arup its Total Design and Excellence objectives and provides great exposure to being part of its 5-year strategy.

• Experienced in working on projects with highly satisfied sponsors and end users, having achieved tangible results and business outcomes, leading to value creation and benefits realisation
• Manage transformation initiatives as part of wider projects and programmes that underpin the group’s strategy.
• Management of a global team of change professionals including maturing the change service framework and service line
• Maintain and develop the change methodology and associated artefacts to support the delivery of change
• Build motivated, delivery focussed teams
• Comprehensive understanding of the change life cycle and be familiar with APM or Prosci /Adkar
• Experience working with diverse teams across several global locations, time zones or cultural backgrounds
