Job summary

Arup is seeking a Business Change Service Lead to join a global Delivery team. You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, Architects and PMO, and lead the Business Change team under the Head of Delivery.

The role focuses on delivering a prioritised portfolio of projects and programmes, contributing to Arup’s Total Design and Excellence objectives, and aligning with the firm’s five-year strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of many transformational change initiatives from strategy through to plan
• Manage transformation initiatives as part of wider projects and programmes that underpin the group’s strategy
• Management of a global team of change professionals including maturing the change service framework and service line
• Maintain and develop the change methodology and associated artefacts to support the delivery of change
• Build motivated, delivery focussed teams
• Comprehensive understanding of the change life cycle and be familiar with APM or Prosci /Adkar
• Experience working with diverse teams across several global locations, time zones or cultural backgrounds
