Job summary

Wise is seeking a Spend Operations Supply Chain & Delivery Function Lead to own the multi-year strategy for card manufacturing and delivery, and to design the operating model for a high-performing global supply chain function.

You will lead vendor accountability, negotiate contracts end-to-end, and build a scalable team with clear governance. This role focuses on secure physical card delivery operations and transformational cost-to-serve improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven ownership of end-to-end supply chain strategy for card manufacturing, fulfilment and delivery.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs across product, risk, finance and operations.
• Strong vendor management skills with accountability and performance improvement.
• Expertise in end-to-end contract design: SLAs, KPIs, remedies and transition plans.
• Proven track record in multi-vendor portfolios and cost-to-serve optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define 1-3 year strategy for card manufacturing and delivery, balancing service levels and cost.
• Design and implement the operating model for a global supply chain function.
• Own partner portfolio strategy, governance, and performance scorecards.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract design with vendors and partners.
• Build and grow the supply chain team, raising standards and accountability.
