Wise is looking for an Engineering Lead to head the Account Details Experience team, guiding backend and web engineers, and collaborating with Product to shape the next advances in how customers receive payments globally.

You will join a 24/7 on-call rotation and help evolve a critical platform used by millions of Wise customers, driving reliability and performance across distributed systems.

• Experience leading teams and expanding products to support growth.

• Great communication to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
