Pernod Ricard is seeking a Global Category Manager for Capex & Industrial Opex to drive procurement strategy across the group. Based in Kilmalid, Dumbarton or Speyside, you will lead end-to-end procurement activities, partner with Engineering and Operations, and oversee MRO-related governance and supplier partnerships.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Industrial Capex procurement, engineering, construction, or technical sourcing.
• Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies and deliver cost optimisation.
• Experience managing capital investment procurement, including negotiations and contracts.
• Ability to operate in cross-functional, global environments with Engineering, Operations and Projects.
• Knowledge of industrial contracting frameworks (EPC, NEC, FIDIC) and procurement governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end procurement for assigned Capex/Opex categories.
• Drive TCO optimisation and cost reduction across Capex portfolio.
• Develop and embed group sourcing strategies and governance.
• Negotiate high-value engineering, equipment and construction contracts.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Project teams to maximise asset value.
