Job summary

Pernod Ricard in the UK is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead major capital expenditure projects in a process environment. Based in Elgin or Glasgow, you will manage scopes from concept through completion and ensure safety, timelines and budgets.

You will coordinate design, FEED and detailed design packages, work with global technology experts, track costs, and handover to Operations.

Qualifications

• Substantial engineering project management experience in a process environment.
• Experience in risk management, stakeholder engagement and financial planning within project environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver major Capex projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate design packages, specifications, and feasibility studies (FEED).
• Manage budgets, track costs and ensure timely, safe project handovers to operations.
• Collaborate with global technology experts and internal teams across regions.
• Maintain reporting cadence with senior management and steering committees.
• Support development and mentorship within the project team.
