Job summary

Bupa is seeking an Operation Capacity Planner in Brighton on a permanent, full-time basis. The role involves developing global capacity planning models, forecasting workloads and aligning resource requirements with strategic plans, while collaborating with Finance, Transformation and MI teams.

Hybrid working with a compulsory two days in the office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in workforce management, advanced Excel, and familiarity with Power BI or related tools to drive

Qualifications

• Proven experience in workforce management and capacity planning within multi-channel operations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and business case support.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and present insight credibly.

Responsibilities

• Develop global capacity planning models across Global & Regional operations.
• Build long-term workforce forecasts using historical trends, seasonality and drivers.
• Translate demand into resource requirements for scheduling and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Finance, Transformation and MI teams for budgeting and investment planning.
• Provide reporting packs and executive summaries for senior leadership forums.
