Zusammenfassung

The University of Brighton is seeking an experienced workforce planning and analytics professional to establish and head the Workforce Planning & Analytics function, providing workforce intelligence, forecasting, modelling and strategic insight to support workforce planning, organisational design and future operating model development.

Based at the Brighton - Moulsecoomb campus, the role is a full-time, 37-hour week contract for 24 months with the option for remote working within the UK.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in workforce planning, workforce analytics, organisational development or a related specialist field within a complex organisation
• Expertise in workforce forecasting, modelling and scenario planning to support strategic goals
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex workforce data and translate insight into clear recommendations
• Experience of developing and embedding new frameworks, functions or approaches that support organisational goals
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior management
• Experience of using workforce intelligence and analytics to inform organisational strategy, workforce capability and resourcing strategies

Aufgaben

• Establish and head the Workforce Planning & Analytics function within the People Department.
• Provide workforce intelligence, forecasting, modelling and strategic insight to support planning, organisational design and operating model development.
• Develop and embed workforce planning frameworks and advise on future workforce size, shape and capability.
