The successful candidate will drive forecasts, optimize resources, and partner with operational teams to ensure timely delivery of essential services. Strong analytics and Excel/Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching and managing a team, including performance management and career progression.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making.
• Proven experience in capacity or resource planning and driving improvements.
• Comfort interacting with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; SQL would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Demand and Capacity Analysts, supporting development and performance.
• Build relationships with operational teams across Water Production, Wastewater Treatment and Pumping.
• Produce demand and capacity forecasts and use insights to shape business strategy.
• Bridge between operations and data/insight teams to drive data-driven decisions.
• Review processes to identify smarter, more efficient ways of working.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools to support demand and capacity planning.
