Job summary

Bromford Flagship LiveWest is seeking a Strategic Resource Planning Manager in Gloucestershire. The role leads the development of strategic resource and capacity planning, delivering forecasting, standards and insights to support key organisational decisions.

You will work with senior leaders to balance customer experience, operational performance and financial priorities, ensuring resources are right-sized and available.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading resource, workforce or capacity planning in a complex operational environment.
• Expertise in demand forecasting, capacity planning and workforce optimisation.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills, with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience developing planning capability, teams or functions, with continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic resource planning to optimise resource deployment and improve customer outcomes.
• Develop demand forecasts and capacity models informing resourcing decisions.
• Translate strategic planning requirements into practical plans balancing customer, productivity and financial priorities.
• Establish planning standards, governance and methodologies across the organisation.
• Provide analysis and business cases to support strategic decisions and investment priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders to influence resource planning decisions across functions.
• Develop planning capability and drive continuous improvement and maturity.
