Job summary

Marex is seeking a Business Resilience Analyst to strengthen the organisation's resilience programmes. The role involves coordinating resilience activities, supporting audits and ensuring continuity plans are fit for purpose across the Marex Group.

The position is global in scope and based in London, operating as a hybrid role in line with agile working policy. You will work with risk, technology, audit and compliance teams to embed resilience controls, produce reporting, and support regulatory

Qualifications

Experience in a regulated environment and with stakeholders across Operational Risk, Technology, Audit and Compliance.
Experience in authoring process and procedure documentation
Practical understanding of Business Continuity in a regulated environment.
Practical understanding of Regulatory Operational Resilience obligations.
Associate Membership of the Business Continuity Institute is desirable.

Responsibilities

Support timely delivery and review of annual Resilience Self Assessments across the Marex Group.
Coordinate review of business continuity plans with business stakeholders to confirm fit for purpose and recovery targets.
Coordinate resilience and continuity tests to test response plans and capture risks.
Support response to resilience incidents and events.
Assist with delivery and change aspects of the Operational Resilience and Business Continuity programme.
