Job summary

J.P. Morgan in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Resiliency Associate to help align the Commercial & Investment Bank's resilience strategy with evolving regulatory expectations.

You will work with senior management across multiple disciplines and engage with both second and first lines of defense to drive resilient outcomes. The role emphasizes data analysis, regulatory awareness, and cross-department collaboration to address risk and change initiatives while supporting internal reviews

Responsibilities

• Execute Operational Resilience self-assessment reporting across multiple jurisdictions in response to regulatory appetite and requirements.
• Perform data analysis and visualize Operational Resilience metrics.
• Interpret, understand, and become the subject matter expert for various global Business Resilience regulations, best practice & guidelines.
• Perform formal gap analysis of new resilience requirements against JPM policy, standards & procedures to define the requisite change agenda.
• Drive project work and resilience change initiatives across multiple disciplines including Legal Entity Controllers, Business Managers, Compliance, Product, Operations, Risk and Technology.
• Support regulatory examinations/requests for information together with Internal reviews & audits related to Commercial and Investment Bank's Business Resilience framework and implementation.
• Build trusted relationships with senior managers in-country and globally to ensure alignment of our global resilience framework with local obligations.
