Job summary

Saxton Leigh is seeking a Senior Operational Resilience Manager based in the London office to lead the firm’s resilience framework. The role covers operational and digital resilience, policy governance, and regulatory engagement at a global level.

You will drive the annual refresh of critical services, run scenario testing, and coordinate reporting to Boards and the EMEA Risk & Compliance Committee, ensuring timely remediation of issues.

Qualifications

• Demonstrative experience in asset/investment management in operational/IT risk, BCP, Resilience or internal audit (5+ years).
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines; solutions-focused.
• Strong organizational, communication and time management skills.
• Team player with strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Managing resilience policies and procedures, including operational and digital resilience.
• Enhancing the resilience programme and reporting to the Board on key risk indicators.
• Annual refresh of important business services, resource mapping and impact tolerance statements.
• Conduct scenario testing for important business services and resilience events.
• Investigate resilience-related events with root cause analysis and control assessments.
• Identify vulnerabilities from mapping and testing, overseeing remediation with owners.
• Maintain and develop the Fusion BCP/Resilience system and act as SME on regulatory changes.
• Review FCA resilience changes and run global resilience projects across entities.
• Provide resilience reporting to the EMEA Risk and Compliance Committee and Boards.
• Manage Business Continuity policy and plans, and coordinate testing programs.
• Oversee third-party due diligence for BCM activities and ICT risk governance.
