Job summary

Marine Resources Limited is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth in advanced energy storage and electrification solutions for the Superyacht sector. You will liaise with commercial and technical teams, identify opportunities, and nurture relationships across international markets.

The role requires the ability to communicate complex solutions to diverse stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and travel regularly to meet clients and industry events.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Ability to identify opportunities and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Experience in energy storage, electrification or hybrid power systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support business development activities across existing and emerging markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to understand and communicate solutions effectively.
• Attend customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events, including regular international travel.
• Support the sales process from initial enquiry through to project delivery.
