Job summary

EmeraldX invites a strategic VP / Brand Director to lead the Insurtech Insights portfolio across Europe, North America, and Asia. You will shape brand strategy, drive revenue growth, and oversee cross‑functional teams spanning sales, marketing, events, and content to deliver world‑class conferences and programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in B2B events, media, or brand management.
• Demonstrated success managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to independently drive the tactical and strategic results required while also collaborating well with the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy and market leadership for the Insurtech Insights portfolio.
• Identify and develop new growth opportunities with events, products, partnerships, and digital initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to evolve brand positioning and revenue.
• Provide day-to-day leadership across sales, marketing, operations, conference, and event teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
