Jaded London is seeking a Freelance Brand Activations Project Manager to lead planning and execution of activations and pop-ups across key markets, with a strong focus on the U.S. and IRL experiences.

You will manage timelines, budgets and partners, translating brand strategy into engaging consumer experiences while staying on-brand and on-budget. The role requires travel and a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion/lifestyle activations for Gen Z brands.
• Proven track record delivering international campaigns.
• Strong project and budget management skills.
• Excellent internal communications across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of brand activations and pop-ups.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Deliver end-to-end campaigns across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with brand, social, PR, Ecom and merchandising teams.
• Track performance and post-campaign analysis.
